Erika Seth Davies

Erika grew up in Baltimore and earned her BA from Georgetown. She built her career across nonprofit and philanthropic institutions, leading fundraising, program design, and strategy to advance racial and economic equity. In 2018, Erika founded The Racial Equity Asset Lab, a nonprofit that guides impact investing. In 2021, she became CEO of Rhia Ventures, where she mobilizes capital and advocacy to transform women’s reproductive and maternal health outcomes.
