Roz grew up in Detroit, graduated from Spelman College, and began her career as a chemist. After spending 22 years at Kimberly-Clark, where she rose to President of a global business unit, she moved to Walmart and ascended to CEO of Sam’s Club. Roz later served as COO and Group President at Starbucks and then CEO of Walgreens for two years. She's now Interim President of Spelman and on the board of United Airlines.
