Maëlle founded three companies before consulting for BCG and then serving as CEO of Ozone.ru, EVP of Operations at The Priceline Group, and COO of Compass. She was CEO of Techstars from 2021 until May 2024. Maëlle serves on the boards of Flo Health, Meero, and Edenred. She is also the author of Trampled by Unicorns: Big Tech’s Empathy Problem and How to Fix It, about how technology’s misdirection from its noble pursuits can be corrected to strengthen community and improve society.
