Janet Foutty

Janet grew up in Maryland, earned a BS and MBA from Indiana University, and began her career as a consultant at Accenture before joining Deloitte. Over three decades, she rose from staff consultant—serving financial services and technology clients—to Chair and CEO of Deloitte Consulting. Until her retirement from Deloitte in 2023, Janet served as Chair of Deloitte U.S. Today, she is an Operating Partner at Mudita Venture Partners, a Detroit-based early-stage fund, and serves on the boards of Insight Enterprises, Quiver Bioscience, and Bright Pink, a healthcare-focused venture philanthropy fund where she is Chair. She also serves on the Milken Institute’s Steering Committee of the Women’s Health Network and is a Senior Advisor at WHAM (Women’s Health Access Matters).
